This beautiful antique bangle is simple and elegant, despite its complex construction
It’s made from twisted tubes, of square section and round.
There tubes are then twisted together, cut and hinged, to form the two halves of the bangle, which fastens securely with a box clasp
The front of the bangle is further embellished with 14 gold spheres
The differing curves and angles catch and reflect the light
The bangle has an internal circumference of 16.8cm
The longest and shortest diameters are 5.3cm and 5.8cm
The bangle is 8mm wide
It weighs 13.6g
The bangle is in excellent antique condition
There is no damage or repair
There is light surface wear throughout
There is a visible dent by the clasp
There are no holes or splits
