This is a lovely vintage pendant
It’s made from solid sterling silver and features a large cabochon of green Connemara marble
The pendant is fully hallmarked for Edinburgh 1978
The marker’s mark is AH
The pendant is also marked “Miracle”
Miracle made jewellery during the middle years of the 20th century
It was almost exclusively costume – base metal and glass – designed to imitate Victorian “Scottish Agate” jewellery, but they did do very small runs of silver pieces
The pendant measures 3.4cm long, including the bale
It’s 2.4cm across
The internal space of the bale is 2mm across – it can only accommodate a fine chain or cord
It weighs 8.3g
It’s in excellent vintage condition with no damage or repair
