Refunds & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Holyoak Fine Jewellery. We strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If, however, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Online Returns

We offer a 14-day return period for items purchased online, starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

In-Store Returns

For in-store purchases, we facilitate returns under different criteria. We accept returns only if the item doesn’t match its description or is defective. In such cases, items must be returned in their original condition, accompanied by the original receipt. Additionally, we offer the option of credit notes/exchanges for in-store returns as well as the option for repairs.

Returns Process

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact us to initiate the return process.
  2. Packaging: Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Include Documentation: Include the original receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.
  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. You can choose to ship the item back to us using a courier service of your choice or return it in person to our store location.
  5. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  6. Refund: If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or offer you an exchange/credit note, which ever you may choose.

 

Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Exclusions

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Personalised or customised items
  • Pierced jewellery
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
