14 silver sixpences, made into a unique bracelet
The coins date from 1865 through to 1864
Each coin may originally have held significance to the wearer
The clasp, mounted with a coin on either side is particularly smart. Although it has a “right” way up, it works just as well upside down, so you can wear the bracelet with the queen’s head uppermost, or the side with the crown, wreath and date
The coins show different amounts of wear, but all are in good condition
The bracelet measures 17″ / 19cm long
It’s 1.5″ / 4cm wide
It weighs 44g
The bracelet is in very good antique condition
There is no damage or repair
There is surface wear throughout
The box is for display only
